I've spent my career moving between design, technology, business and the people who use them. Somewhere along the way, I realized I wasn't particularly interested in making things look better. I was more interested in understanding why something wasn't working in the first place.
Why does a customer hesitate?
Why does a product feel complicated?
Why does one brand stay in someone's head while another disappears?
Why does a team keep solving the same problem?
Those questions have taken me from digital products and startups to healthcare, SaaS, logistics, e-commerce and emerging technologies.
Today, I work with founders and teams to explore those questions, and turn what we learn into something people can actually use, understand and believe in.
